Tech Talent Partner

About the role

Intermedia is looking for a Tech Talent Partner to lead technical recruiting for its AI‑powered Intelligent Communications platform. The role focuses on hiring in Portugal while also supporting global technical hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic talent partner for technical hiring, primarily in Portugal, with flexibility to support other regions.
• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for engineering, cloud infrastructure, security, DevOps, product and AI‑adjacent roles.
• Develop deep knowledge of Intermedia’s AI‑enabled products and cloud technologies to attract top talent.
• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, AI‑assisted tools, direct sourcing, referrals and market mapping.
• Maintain a high‑volume pipeline of qualified candidates across multiple geographies.
• Partner with hiring managers, HR Business Partners and leadership to provide data‑driven insights and workforce planning.

Required profile

• Proven track record of technical hiring in a fast‑paced SaaS or AI environment.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders.
• Strong understanding of cloud, AI and software development domains.
