Team Manager – Inside Sales (Multilingual)

About the role

Conectys is expanding its Lisbon hub and is looking for an experienced Team Manager to build and lead a multilingual Inside Sales team serving a flagship global client. You will own performance, coaching and results for a newly formed team while working closely with client leadership and recruitment.

Key responsibilities

• Build, lead, coach and develop a newly formed team of Inside Sales Representatives across multiple European markets.
• Drive commercial results and own team KPIs such as conversion, call quality, productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Run daily huddles, 1:1s and performance reviews, spotting coaching needs and creating career paths.
• Act as the main escalation point for the client, ensuring SLAs, performance targets and governance commitments are met.
• Champion a multicultural and multilingual team culture.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of people‑management experience in sales, inside sales, customer operations or account management (B2B, FMCG, HoReCa or beverages a strong plus).
• Native or C2 proficiency in one of the target languages (German, Spanish, English, French, Portuguese, Swedish, Norwegian, Dutch) plus business‑level English.
• Proven ability to coach performance and quality metrics in a fast‑scaling, multilingual environment.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and communication skills, comfortable engaging demanding global clients.
• Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate (relocation support provided).
