Team Manager – English & French (Lisbon)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Team Manager who is fluent in both English and French to join our client’s operations in Lisbon. In this position you will lead a small team, ensure high‑quality service delivery and contribute to a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a bilingual team to meet performance targets.
• Monitor service quality, analyse metrics and implement improvement actions.
• Coordinate daily operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Provide coaching, feedback and support to team members.
• Report progress and challenges to senior management.

Required profile

• C1 or native‑level proficiency in English.
• C1 or native‑level proficiency in French (strong B2 candidates may be considered).
• Current residence in Portugal and eligibility to work there.
• Proven leadership and people‑management experience.
• Strong communication skills in both languages.

Required skills

• Experience using the CCRM system (mandatory).
