Team Leader – IT Service Manager

About the role

Inetum is seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee a complex datacenter infrastructure serving 20 French clients. You will manage a multidisciplinary team of around 30 specialists and ensure high‑quality service delivery, effective backlog handling, and swift incident resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team covering Security, Networks, Windows, Linux, Storage & Backups, Virtualization, DBA, and Cloud.
• Motivate team members, promote a collaborative culture, and ensure accountability.
• Oversee incident management, service requests, and change processes for datacenter services.
• Prioritize and manage the team’s backlog to meet SLAs and deadlines.
• Act as primary contact for major incidents, coordinating resolution and stakeholder communication.
• Provide regular updates to the Service Delivery Manager and align with other departments.
• Prepare performance and KPI reports for senior management.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and service quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing datacenter operations or similar environments.
• Leadership experience with multidisciplinary technical teams of up to 30 members.
• Strong knowledge of incident, request, and change management processes.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices and project management frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize competing requests in a dynamic setting.
