Tax Specialist

Key responsibilities

• Technical Review: supervise trainees and assistants, provide feedback, monitor tax deliverables, and review workpapers, tax provisions and supporting documentation.
• Technical Execution: lead client processes, prepare tax deliverables, act as the primary technical contact, and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
• Planning: coordinate tasks, meet deadlines, and upload deliverables to the platform on time.
• Tax Compliance and Reporting: ensure adherence to relevant tax standards, regulations and statutory requirements, and keep the team informed of changes.
• Problem Resolution: address and resolve tax issues, collaborate with team members and clients, and implement corrective actions.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Business Administration with a tax focus, or Law.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proven experience in tax outsourcing services or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and managerial abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of tax principles, regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
