Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its team in Puerto Rico. You will partner with hiring managers across the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, and manufacturing sectors to attract and secure top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and facilitate hiring for all open positions.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job needs and selection criteria.
• Schedule and coordinate pre‑employment drug tests and background checks.
• Design and deliver onboarding programs and new‑hire orientations.
• Source candidates through online channels such as LinkedIn and professional networks.
• Create job descriptions and interview guides tailored to each role.
• Plan and execute interview and assessment processes, including screening calls and in‑person interviews.

Required profile

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum one year of experience in HR, preferably with high‑volume recruiting.
• Experience supporting job fairs and recruiting events throughout Puerto Rico.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
