We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist (Sourcer) to join our team and support the recruitment of technical talent for our clients. Key responsibilities

• Write and publish technical job descriptions on specialist IT job boards, social media, and other relevant channels.
• Source, screen, and build shortlists of qualified candidates for a variety of technical positions.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit.
• Maintain a candidate CRM, ensuring an up‑to‑date pipeline of talent.
• Stay informed about emerging technology trends to engage candidates in strategic conversations.

Required profile

• Experience in recruitment, preferably as a Technical Recruiter or Sourcer.
• Hands‑on experience with online interview platforms.
• Solid technical understanding to clearly explain IT role requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong tenacity and ability to build a robust professional network.
