Talent Acquisition Partner – Italian Speaking

About the role

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Zumtobel Group, you will strategically shape how the company attracts and engages top talent, working closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners and senior management. You will use data‑driven decision‑making, modern tools and AI‑powered solutions to drive recruitment excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement definition to offer closure, in partnership with HR Business Partners.
• Design and execute targeted, creative sourcing strategies to attract professionals and leadership talent.
• Act as a strategic sparring partner for stakeholders across all levels, providing market insights and innovative recruiting approaches.
• Analyse recruitment KPIs, derive actionable measures and continuously improve processes.
• Utilise modern platforms, AI tools and digital solutions for candidate sourcing and engagement.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance Zumtobel’s visibility as an attractive employer.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on recruiting experience in agency or in‑house environments.
• Proven ability in direct sourcing, active candidate engagement and confident interviewing.
• Creative, strategic mindset with willingness to explore unconventional recruiting paths.
• Business‑oriented approach, using KPIs to make data‑driven decisions.
• Fluent in Portuguese, English and Italian.

Required skills

• Experience with modern recruitment tools and AI‑powered solutions (e.g., co‑pilot, Canva).
• Strong data analysis skills for KPI monitoring.
