Systems Support Professional – On‑site IT Support

About the role

The Systems Support Professional is the front‑line representative of Jolera, delivering best‑in‑class technical assistance to MSP partners and their end users. You will work on‑site, handling a wide range of hardware and software issues while ensuring consistent, high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Process, own, and resolve service tickets, escalating high‑profile incidents as needed.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot workstations, laptops, smartphones, and peripherals.
• Perform on‑site problem determination, network printer maintenance, and hardware diagnostics.
• Manage inventory, conduct data backup and recovery at the user level, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support account management activities and use the ticketing system to record all incidents and changes.
• Provide technical guidance to end users and assist escalation staff with server, network, and infrastructure issues.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and make sound judgment calls.
• Willingness to work overtime and be on‑call for remote locations.
