Systems Administrator & Support – Microsoft 365 Focus

About the role

GBT Solutions is seeking a proactive Systems Administrator & Support professional to ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of its IT infrastructure and Microsoft 365 environment. Based in Maia, Porto, you will work on‑site and support users primarily located in Switzerland, reporting to an international client.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 user support, handling incidents and service requests.
• Administer and optimise Microsoft 365, including Teams, PowerApp environments, Entra Cloud Sync and licensing.
• Apply security best practices and maintain technical documentation.
• Participate in IT projects such as solution implementations and application migrations.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell, PowerApp and Python scripts to automate processes.

Required profile

• Degree in IT or equivalent technical education.
• Microsoft 365 certifications (e.g., MS‑102, MEXO 1‑2).
• Professional proficiency in French (B2.1) and English (B2).
• Previous experience in support and infrastructure roles.
