Systems Administrator & Support Engineer

About the role

GBT Solutions is seeking a Systems Administrator & Support Engineer to ensure the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of its IT infrastructure and Microsoft 365 environment. Based in Maia, Portugal, you will support users primarily located in Switzerland and collaborate closely with an international client.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 user support, handling incidents and service requests.
• Track, document, and update tickets using the ITSM tool.
• Administer and optimise Microsoft 365, including Teams, PowerApps, Entra Cloud Sync, and licensing.
• Apply security best practices across the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and work with Power BI/Fabric.
• Participate in IT projects: implement new solutions, support application migrations, improve ITSM processes, and optimise IT workflows.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell, PowerApp, and Python scripts.

Required profile

• Previous experience in support and infrastructure roles.
• Fluent in French and English (minimum B2 level).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
• Hands‑on experience with PowerShell, Python, and PowerApp.
• Familiarity with infrastructure management (PCs, servers, networks, security) and ITSM tools.
