Systems Administrator – Level 3 Windows Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Systems Administrator to join our client’s corporate IT team. The position focuses on Level 3 support for a complex Windows infrastructure across multiple European subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Support and maintain Ansible Tower infrastructure.
• Ensure stability and security of Centrify and Trellix solutions.
• Provide regional IT support and perform regular infrastructure patching.
• Monitor and support the Centrify solution to guarantee seamless integration with Linux environments.
• Handle Level 3 incidents and service requests, delivering timely resolutions.
• Produce detailed reports on patching activities.

Required profile

• Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking) with basic French knowledge.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure architecture, including network, DNS, DHCP and security concepts.
• In‑depth knowledge of Windows architecture (OS, WSUS, Ansible, Centrify).
• Red Hat Certified Specialist in Microsoft Windows Automation with Ansible (preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience with project methodology (planning, deliverables, risk management, reporting).
• Excellent communication, ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
