Systems Administrator – Level 3 Windows Infrastructure

About the role

Cardif is looking for a highly skilled Systems Administrator to join its corporate IT team. This Level 3 position focuses on the design, maintenance, and evolution of the company’s Windows infrastructure across European subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Support and manage Ansible Tower infrastructure.
• Maintain stability and security of Centrify and Trellix solutions.
• Provide regional IT support, handle Level 3 incidents and requests, and deliver timely resolutions.
• Perform infrastructure patching, generate detailed activity reports, and ensure compliance.
• Monitor and integrate the Centrify solution with Linux environments.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking); basic French is a plus.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure architecture, including network, DNS, DHCP, and security.
• In‑depth knowledge of Windows architecture (OS, WSUS, Ansible, Centrify).
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and communicate complex technical information clearly.
