DevOps Engineer – Hybrid (Lisbon)

About the role

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to support and evolve an existing DevOps platform for a tech company, working on migration, CI/CD pipelines and automation in a hybrid setting based in Lisbon.

Key responsibilities

• Support and evolution of the existing DevOps platform.
• Assist in the migration of repositories, teams, and components to Gluon/GitHub.com.
• Adapt and analyse existing CI/CD pipelines.
• Support GoCD, GitHub Actions, DevOps libraries, and automation workflows.
• Create, maintain, and troubleshoot pipelines.
• Assist in configuring applications in Gluon, including components and application‑config.
• Support development teams during onboarding and migration processes.
• Produce and maintain up‑to‑date technical documentation.
• Analyse issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams across technical architecture, security, infrastructure, and development.

Required profile

• Solid experience in DevOps, CI/CD, and automation.
• Ability to read and analyse existing code and configuration.
• Experience in enterprise or banking environments is a plus.
