Systems Administrator

About the role

Inetum is seeking a Systems Administrator to join its Lisbon team and support a multi‑national Windows infrastructure. The role combines hands‑on technical work with regional IT support across European subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and optimise Ansible Tower infrastructure for stability and performance.
• Ensure the security and reliability of Centrify and Trellix solutions, integrating them with Linux environments via Active Directory.
• Provide regional IT support, execute infrastructure patching for European subsidiaries and produce detailed patching reports.
• Handle Level 3 incidents and service requests for all European subsidiaries, delivering timely resolutions.

Required profile

• Deep knowledge of Windows architecture, including OS, WSUS, Ansible, and Centrify.
• Strong understanding of network infrastructure, DNS, DHCP and security concepts.
• Proficiency in scripting with PowerShell, Ansible and Python.
• Experience with BMC Discovery Asset Management and familiarity with Power BI.
• Fluent English; French knowledge is a plus.
