Systems Administrator – Hybrid (Lisbon)

About the role

KCS IT is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to join our Lisbon hub. The role is hybrid, allowing you to work both on‑site and remotely while supporting a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and maintain network and telecommunications infrastructure.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Cisco equipment using dedicated monitoring tools.
• Manage VoIP systems and call‑recording solutions to ensure reliable communication services.
• Implement and optimise TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, STP and QoS settings.
• Provide timely support under pressure and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Networking or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in network and telecommunications administration.
• Fluent Portuguese, good spoken and written English; Spanish is a plus.
• Must be based in Portugal and open to a hybrid work arrangement.
• Cisco CCNA certification preferred.
