System Administrator – Lisbon (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Systems Administrator to join our internal team in Lisbon. You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our Windows and Linux infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across the environment.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server platforms.
• Manage and troubleshoot VMware (and Hyper‑V) hosts.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and VBScript.
• Deploy and configure applications on servers.
• Monitor system performance, diagnose issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Apply security patches, updates, and enforce security policies.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and changes.
• Collaborate with IT teams and other departments on projects and initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a System Administrator.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Unix/Linux, and virtualization technologies.
• Understanding of structured networks, TCP/IP, routing protocols, IP addressing, subnetting, and VLANs.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and Office365 administration (Azure, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams).
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher.
