System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a System Administrator to provide on‑site support for a banking client in Porto. This full‑time position follows a 5‑day‑a‑week onsite working model.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site technical support to the banking client.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Windows server and desktop environments.
• Manage user accounts, mailboxes, and collaboration tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or a related field (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Windows systems administration.
• Proven experience with Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365.
• Experience with backup solutions (Veeam) and antivirus platforms (Symantec SEP).
• Ability to troubleshoot Cisco wireless networks and configure Fortigate firewalls.
