System Administrator

About the role
Velv is seeking a System Administrator to support a Fintech project. You will manage Linux servers in a critical production environment, ensuring high availability and performance.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and monitor Linux servers, preferably Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
- Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
- Automate routine tasks using Python or Ansible.
- Manage storage solutions for distributed systems, including SAN, NAS and RAID configurations.
- Collaborate with development teams to support Big Data ecosystem components (plus).
Required profile
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Experience working in high‑pressure, production‑grade environments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
