System Administrator – Intune & Windows Device Management

About the role

Inetum is seeking a Senior System Administrator to join its Workplace Engineering Service. You will work in an English‑speaking environment, supporting AXA entities by configuring, deploying and managing Windows devices through Microsoft Intune and related technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Integrate and deploy Intune‑managed devices, including Autopilot provisioning.
• Support onboarding of AXA entities by setting up profiles, applications and VPN configurations.
• Provide L3 support for major incidents and technical issues faced by end‑users.
• Analyse bugs, apply fixes, and develop new features when required.
• Contribute to the product lifecycle for local entities, delivering app packages and configuration policies.
• Update, resolve and close incident tickets in the SILVA system.
• Generate security, device‑count and application usage reports via Intune and Log Analytics.
• Document all configurations, processes and deliverables.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication in a professional context.
• Proven experience writing technical documentation.
• Strong background in Mobile Device Management (MDM) using Autopilot and Intune.
• Expertise in Windows device management and Windows Information Protection (WIP).
