System Administrator – Fintech Project (Lisbon)

About the role
We are seeking a skilled System Administrator to join our Fintech project in Lisbon. The role is hybrid, requiring fluent English and a strong background in Linux environments.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor, supervise, and diagnose Red Hat Enterprise Linux servers.
- Automate infrastructure tasks using Python and Ansible.
- Manage storage solutions for distributed systems, including SAN, NAS, and RAID configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure issues in critical production environments.
- Collaborate with teams working on Big Data ecosystems (a plus).
Required profile
- Proven experience in Linux system administration, preferably with RHEL.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in high‑pressure, production‑level settings.
- Fluent English communication skills.
