System Administrator – Enterprise Backup & Virtualization

About the role

InnoTech is looking for a seasoned System Administrator to join its growing team of 180+ professionals. You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and security of our enterprise‑grade backup, storage, and virtualization infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain backup, storage, virtualization, and hyper‑converged platforms.
• Administer VMware, OracleVM and related storage solutions on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Monitor, optimise and improve performance and security of on‑premises server environments.
• Participate in a weekly on‑call rotation to support operational resilience.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience with backup, storage and virtualization in medium to large enterprises.
• Hands‑on expertise with VMware, OracleVM, Dell PowerProtect Data Manager, Dell PowerProtect Data Domain, Dell Compellent, Dell Unity, Dell PowerStore, Dell PowerScale, Nutanix and VxRail.
• Legal right to work in the EU (CPLP nationality or EU work permit).
