System Administrator – Corporate IT & SaaS Management

About the role

Air Apps is seeking a System Administrator to manage and secure its corporate IT infrastructure across its Lisbon and San Francisco offices. You will ensure that all SaaS tools, cloud services, and internal systems run smoothly, supporting a fast‑growing, AI‑driven company.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain corporate IT infrastructure, including SaaS applications, cloud services and internal systems.
• Oversee user access, account provisioning and identity management across platforms such as Google Workspace, Okta and Azure AD.
• Implement network security, endpoint protection, data encryption and multi‑factor authentication policies.
• Monitor hardware and software performance, troubleshoot issues and optimize system reliability.
• Support company‑wide SaaS tools (Slack, Zoom, Notion, Atlassian, etc.) and handle onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Automate IT operations, workflows and system monitoring using scripting.
• Maintain software licenses, compliance documentation and provide technical support and training to employees.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in IT administration, systems administration or IT support.
• Experience managing cloud‑based corporate environments (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS or Azure).
• Proficiency with identity and access management tools (Okta, Azure AD, JumpCloud).
• Knowledge of endpoint management solutions (Jamf, Intune, Kandji or similar).
• Familiarity with network security, VPNs, firewalls and zero‑trust models.
• Understanding of IT compliance and data‑privacy regulations (GDPR, SOC 2).
