Swedish Customer Service Specialist in Lisbon

About the role

Join a leading multinational fintech company as a Swedish Customer Service Specialist based in Lisbon. You will provide world‑class support to Swedish‑speaking clients, handling money‑transfer and financial service inquiries in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service to Swedish‑speaking customers via phone, chat and email.
• Investigate and resolve transaction‑related issues promptly and accurately.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions, decisions and solutions in company systems.
• Escalate complex or sensitive cases according to established protocols.
• Act as an ambassador for the fintech partner, upholding a professional and positive attitude.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native fluency in Swedish (C1) and strong English communication skills (minimum B2).
• Excellent listening and problem‑solving abilities in a financial services context.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts between 09:00 – 21:00, Monday to Sunday.
• Successful completion of an on‑site training programme.
