Sustainability Project Manager – Hybrid

About the role

In this strategic position you will shape Bosch’s corporate sustainability landscape, driving the integration of sustainability frameworks across newly acquired businesses and supporting the transition to a circular economy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sustainability frameworks for newly acquired companies, collaborating with local management and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate sustainability policy rollout, monitor KPIs and trigger corrective actions as needed.
• Monitor legal requirements, sustainability trends, customer demands and competitor activities to identify risks and opportunities.
• Identify and develop high-potential circular-economy projects in partnership with internal and external parties.
• Lead sustainable product design initiatives by working with R&D and Procurement to embed sustainability drivers into the product portfolio.

Required profile

• Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Several years of experience in a corporate sustainability role, with proven stakeholder-management and change-leadership track record.
• Hands-on knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as CSRD, circular-economy principles and sustainable product development.
• Strong project-management capabilities, KPI setting and data-analysis experience.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build structures from scratch and collaborate across functions.
• High integrity, resilience and diplomatic skills to drive consensus in a dynamic environment.
