Support Specialist – Webfactory (French Speaker)

About the role
We are seeking a French‑speaking Support Specialist to join our Website Support team. You will work on first‑line support, manage website updates, and act as the communication bridge between users, stakeholders, and technical teams.
Key responsibilities
- Provide Level 1 support operations and incident resolution.
- Manage website updates, user requests and track progress.
- Serve as the liaison between users, stakeholders and technical teams, aligning needs with technical requirements.
- Monitor support performance, ensuring service quality and compliance.
- Promote best practices in accessibility, security and GDPR compliance.
Required profile
- Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
- Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
- Adaptable to new contexts and challenges.
- Team‑oriented mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive problem‑solving attitude.
Required skills
- Familiarity with EasyVista (incident management) – nice to have.
- Experience with Matomo analytics – nice to have.
- Knowledge of SEO principles.
- Understanding of GDPR and data‑privacy regulations.
- ITIL certification – nice to have.
