Support Level 2 – French Speaker

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Support Level 2 Engineer to join our technology consulting team. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring smooth incident resolution and high‑quality service delivery across complex IT environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate incident handling, escalation, and resolution for production systems.
• Interact daily with French‑speaking service providers and internal users to ensure SLA compliance.
• Prioritise and track support requests, guaranteeing timely closure.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external vendors to maintain service quality.
• Participate in capacity planning, impact analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in IT support, service delivery or production environments.
• Strong communication skills in French and English.
• Proven ability to work with external service providers and manage SLA commitments.
• Experience coordinating technical issues in large, distributed infrastructures.
