Supply Chain Developer – Central Inventory Management

About the role

Loop Future is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Developer to lead Central Inventory Management initiatives. The role supports projects and continuous‑improvement programmes across the global supply chain, defining standards, best practices and system solutions. You will work closely with functional teams to drive change and deliver measurable benefits.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in projects and continuous improvement processes within Supply Chain Management to prepare the supply chain for current and future requirements.
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of excellence processes, best practices and standards for Supply Chain.
• Support functional departments in implementing changes and executing projects.
• Support system development and the implementation of SCM‑relevant IT solutions.
• Promote excellence processes, including Integrated Business Planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage the benefits database and ensure exchange of best practices for centralized inventory management.
• Define and implement KPIs and OPIs, and provide a demand coordination structure.
• Develop supply chain solutions to meet customer requirements and legal obligations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Supply Chain Consultant or similar role with a focus on Central Inventory Management.
• Proven experience in global material flow management, system roll‑outs, project and change management.
• Consultancy background with strong financial acumen.
• Ability to provide well‑grounded suggestions and recommendations.
• Excellent negotiation skills, creativity and a progressive mindset.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
