Supply Chain Business Improver – Operational Excellence

About the role

The Supply Chain Business Improver will drive operational excellence and continuous improvement within Airbus' Cabin Supply Chain organization. Acting as a bridge between strategic initiatives and day‑to‑day operations, the role ensures transformation projects, process compliance, and digitalisation are delivered efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Support and enable operations to resolve complex internal and external supply‑chain challenges.
• Coordinate cross‑functional topics (PICO) to deliver rapid, efficient results.
• Provide ad‑hoc expertise to operators or project teams on complex subjects.
• Monitor, track and report overall PICO operational performance.
• Lead internal transformation projects and act as work‑stream leader on externally driven initiatives (e.g., ARP, Optiflow).
• Drive digitalisation of process‑improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Maintain operational knowledge, ensure process compliance, and manage internal communications.

Required profile

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics or operations management, preferably in aerospace or heavy manufacturing.
• Proven track record of leading continuous‑improvement or transformation projects in a matrixed environment.
• Ability to analyse complex bottlenecks and propose actionable solutions.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural setting.
• Fluency in English and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
