About the role

ABM is looking for a dedicated Supervisor of Janitorial Services to lead its cleaning team. The role focuses on ensuring high‑quality cleanliness, safety, and hygiene across facilities while supporting staff and managing daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and guide janitorial staff, assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance.
• Conduct regular facility inspections to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
• Train new team members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Address and resolve issues or complaints related to janitorial services.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Prepare schedules, reports, and required documentation.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of experience in janitorial or custodial services, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cleaning techniques.
• Operation of cleaning equipment.
• Understanding of safety standards and compliance.
