About the role

As a Strategy & Operations Senior Consultant at BIP, you will partner with leading organizations to shape their business strategies and drive transformational initiatives. You will work closely with clients, translating their needs into actionable projects while managing stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine business strategies and organizational transformation plans for clients.
• Lead project delivery, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
• Translate client requirements into detailed project scopes and execution plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in strategy and operations consulting.
• Strong entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and structured thinking abilities.
• Proven leadership and project‑management track record.
• Client‑focused with results orientation.
• Fluent oral and written communication in Portuguese and English.
