About the role

Green SM, a fast‑growing electric‑vehicle and sustainable mobility provider, is launching its European operations and seeks experienced senior leaders to shape its market entry. The positions are based in Portugal and cover key functions such as operations, legal, recruitment, fleet management, and depot oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute local strategy for market entry and growth.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to build processes from the ground up.
• Oversee operational performance, legal compliance, driver supply, talent acquisition, fleet lifecycle, and depot activities.
• Collaborate with regional and global leadership to align on objectives and deliver results.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior leadership or director‑level roles within mobility, logistics, or related sectors.
• Track record of building high‑performing teams in fast‑changing environments.
• Strong understanding of European regulatory frameworks (for Legal Director).
• Demonstrated ability to develop and scale recruitment or driver‑supply programs.
