Strategic Senior Leadership Positions – Europe

About the role

Green SM, a fast‑growing electric‑vehicle and sustainable mobility provider, is launching its European operations and seeks senior leaders to shape market entry, define local strategy and build high‑performing teams from the ground up. The positions are senior director‑level roles covering operations, legal, recruitment, fleet management and depot oversight across Portugal and the broader EU market.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute overall operations strategy, overseeing depot performance, driver ecosystem and daily KPIs.
• Lead legal strategy, ensuring corporate governance, regulatory compliance, contract management and risk mitigation.
• Develop and implement driver recruitment programmes to secure scalable driver supply and retention.
• Design and run talent acquisition and workforce planning processes to attract high‑quality talent at scale.
• Oversee fleet lifecycle management, maintenance, repair quality, cost efficiency and vehicle availability.
• Manage depot operations, including fleet readiness, charging infrastructure and vehicle dispatch.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience (director or equivalent) in the relevant functional area.
• Track record of building teams and processes in a start‑up or market‑entry environment.
• Strong understanding of the European EV, mobility or logistics landscape.
• Excellent strategic thinking, stakeholder management and execution capabilities.
