About the role

Join us as a Strategic Project Manager Cybersecurity in our Portugal office, where you will lead and coordinate high‑impact cybersecurity initiatives that shape the future of our organization. You will work closely with executive leadership, senior stakeholders, and technical teams to bridge business strategy and cybersecurity execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic cybersecurity initiatives and transformation programs, ensuring alignment with business and cybersecurity objectives.
• Drive and track board‑sponsored and executive‑level programs, providing transparency on milestones, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
• Implement organizational and operating model transformations across the cybersecurity function.
• Manage large‑scale technology projects, modernization efforts, and cybersecurity platform refresh programs.
• Establish governance structures, performance metrics, and reporting mechanisms to support effective decision‑making.
• Drive AI transformation initiatives within the cybersecurity function, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, resilience, and business value.

Required profile

• A university degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in strategic project, program, or transformation management within cybersecurity, technology, or digital organizations.
• Proven track record of leading complex cross‑functional initiatives and organizational change programs.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity operating models, governance frameworks, and technology landscapes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills in a global matrix organization.
• Strategic mindset combined with strong execution capabilities and a passion for driving innovation, including AI‑enabled transformation.
