Store Manager – Retail (IQOS)

About the role

Join PMI’s Direct Retail team in Portugal as a Store Manager, leading the launch and operation of IQOS stores. You will be at the forefront of the company’s transition to smoke‑free products, shaping the customer journey from acquisition to loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional consumer experience that aligns with IQOS brand standards.
• Oversee all store operations, including sales, product presentation, and mystery‑client audits.
• Lead, train, and develop a team of store specialists to achieve performance targets.
• Analyze sales data and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate daily activities, ensuring compliance with company procedures and health‑safety regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or direct consumer contact.
• Completed university degree.
• Proven team‑management experience.
• Fluency in Portuguese; English at a good level is a plus.
• Valid documentation to work in Portugal.
