Stakeholder Engagement, Events & Challenges Expert

About the role

NTU International is seeking a Non‑Key Expert to support stakeholder mobilisation, institutional events, innovation competitions and outreach activities within the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme. The role will help connect public and private actors across the African and European space ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Mobilise and engage stakeholders across the Africa‑EU space ecosystem.
• Organise and support institutional events, workshops and conferences.
• Design and run innovation competitions and challenge programmes.
• Facilitate B2B and B2G matchmaking activities.
• Maintain stakeholder mapping, outreach records and engagement reports.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three‑year program) in communication, international relations, event management, social sciences or related field.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
• At least three years of professional experience in stakeholder engagement, event organisation or ecosystem mobilisation.
• Minimum one year of experience in supporting institutional events, outreach, innovation challenges or B2B/B2G matchmaking, including stakeholder mapping.
