Space Knowledge & Communications Expert

About the role

NTU International is seeking a qualified Non-Key Expert to support the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme. The role focuses on knowledge management, editorial production, communications, and the dissemination of policy and technical content related to the partnership.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and curate knowledge assets for the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme.
• Produce editorial and communication materials, including case studies, policy briefs and visibility content.
• Develop and maintain digital knowledge platforms and online visibility tools.
• Ensure dissemination of technical and policy information in line with EU visibility requirements.
• Support stakeholder engagement and promote the programme’s outcomes across African and European audiences.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three years) in communication, journalism, knowledge management, information science or related field.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
• Minimum three years professional experience in communication, editorial production or knowledge management.
• At least one year experience producing knowledge or communication products for donor‑funded or institutional programmes, including policy and technical content.
• Experience in the space sector or science, technology and innovation (STI) is an asset.
