Specialist, Product Development, Digital Payments & Tokenization

About the role

Mastercard Digital Enablement Service (MDES) is looking for a Specialist in Product Development to support its Token Lifecycle Management portfolio. The role focuses on improving token performance, enhancing customer experience, and driving operational efficiency across the global digital payments ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of Token Lifecycle Management initiatives.
• Analyze product, operational, and customer data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
• Assist in creating business requirements, user stories, process flows, and product documentation.
• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Operations teams to deliver new capabilities.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform product decisions.
• Monitor product performance and recommend improvements.
• Prepare analyses, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Economics, Business, or equivalent experience.
• Relevant experience in financial services, payments, technology, or fintech.
• Background in product management, business analysis, data analytics, or project management is desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, pay attention to detail, and collaborate across teams.
