Specialist I – File Build

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Specialist I – File Build to join Payroc’s Dynamics Payments team. Based in our San Juan headquarters, you will be responsible for setting up our software and hardware payment solutions, loading merchant credentials, and delivering high‑quality, “white‑glove” training to merchants.

Key responsibilities

• Configure integrated POS credit‑card devices, handling both front‑end and back‑end setup.
• Load and manage merchant account credentials for implementations.
• Provide training to clients on online virtual solutions, credit‑card and ACH payment requests, and user creation, either by phone or virtually.
• Conduct rigorous testing to verify successful processing and overall solution quality.
• Follow up with merchants post‑implementation to offer additional support and ensure long‑term success.
• Document the entire setup procedure and maintain accurate records according to department protocols.
