Spanish-speaking Recruiter (BPO) – Lisbon or Porto

About the role

We are looking for a Spanish‑speaking Recruiter to join our BPO outsourcing partner in Portugal, operating from either Lisbon or Porto. In this role you will drive the full recruitment cycle, helping clients secure top talent across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, attract and onboard qualified candidates for a variety of positions, aligning talent with client objectives.
• Design and execute sourcing strategies specific to the BPO market.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing and candidate evaluation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and hiring needs.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline through networking, job fairs and digital platforms.
• Utilise recruitment technologies and ATS tools to streamline selection and improve candidate experience.
• Track and report recruitment metrics, adjusting strategies based on trends.

Required profile

• Fluent Spanish with strong English communication skills.
• Proven recruitment experience, preferably in outsourcing or BPO environments.
• Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and deliver high‑quality results.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage candidates and clients effectively.
• Analytical mindset for monitoring metrics and optimizing processes.

Required skills

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and related recruitment tools.
