Solutions Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Solutions Architect to join a leading energy company in Portugal. You will work on innovative, sustainable projects, shaping the future of the country's energy landscape while collaborating with a passionate team of specialists.

Key responsibilities

• Document, present, and defend logical architecture solution designs to stakeholders.
• Identify the need for new applications or micro‑services.
• Design and specify APIs.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Solutions Architect.
• Experience with API design and specification.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology, JIRA and Confluence (valued).
• Ability to critically analyse business requirements and align them with reference application architecture.
• Solid knowledge of architecture components and emerging trends such as micro‑services.
• Focus on clear architecture documentation and governance.
• Contribution to security rules and overall technology architecture.
• Autonomous ability to persuade adoption of architecture rules in complex contexts.
