Software Engineer – Build Large‑Scale Platforms

About the role

We are looking for motivated software engineers to join one of our small, high‑performing teams (max five members). You will receive intensive onboarding on the technologies used in the project and will take part in the full software lifecycle, from design to operation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy components of large‑scale custom platforms.
• Maintain and operate services in production, continuously improving performance and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with customers to gather feedback and iteratively enhance product features.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing and team‑wide productivity optimisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or a related field.
• Strong ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Experience with at least one of the following languages: Go, C/C++, Python or Java.
• Interest in algorithms, data structures and problem‑solving (e.g., competitive programming).
