IT Support Technician – Mid-level (4+ years)

About the role

KCS IT is looking for a proactive IT Support Technician to join its Lisbon office. The role focuses on delivering L1/L2 desktop support for Windows and macOS environments while ensuring high‑quality service for a diverse user base.

Key responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 desktop support for PCs, laptops, thin clients, tablets and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and peripheral issues, including MFD/printing devices.
• Manage incidents and service requests using ServiceNow or similar tools.
• Support corporate networking, Wi‑Fi connectivity and Microsoft OS deployment.
• Document incidents, produce reports and contribute to project work.
• Work 100% onsite in Lisbon, collaborating with both local and international teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT desktop support (L1/L2).
• Strong customer‑service orientation and effective communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to different locations and project demands.
