Software Developer

About the role

Delnext is looking for a motivated Software Developer to join its fast‑growing transport technology team in Sintra. You will work closely with internal clients to turn business ideas into functional web applications.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in the design phase with internal stakeholders to translate ideas into project specifications.
• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP, MySQL and JavaScript.
• Document project progress and monitor milestones.
• Improve development processes, testing procedures, server technologies and version‑control workflows.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience with PHP and MySQL.
• Strong learning ability, responsibility and a proactive attitude.
• Capability to understand business needs and convert them into technical solutions.
