Software Developer (Full-Stack)

About the role

Warp Speed Holdings is expanding its engineering team and seeks a full‑stack Software Developer for its San Juan office. The position starts as a hybrid role and may become fully remote after a successful 90‑day probation period. You will work across the entire technology stack, collaborating closely with product and design teams to deliver customer‑facing features.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain full‑stack applications for multiple companies in the portfolio.
• Write clean, well‑tested, and maintainable code.
• Develop system integrations using APIs and services deployed on AWS and Azure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, designers, and engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and technical design discussions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve the performance of existing systems.
• Contribute to a culture of engineering quality, documentation, and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Working knowledge of Python and/or Java.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Comfortable working across the full stack, from UI to database.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, cross‑functional team.
• Experience with version control (Git) and modern CI/CD practices.
