Software Developer – C#/.NET (Hybrid, Lisbon)

About the role

Qualitest is seeking an experienced Software Developer to join its Lisbon team. You will work in a hybrid setting, contributing to the design, development, and testing of user stories for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define, build, and test user stories and technical requirements.
• Take ownership of assigned stories and drive them to completion.
• Provide technical guidance within the squad and support the product owner.
• Collaborate with engineers, testers, and other team members to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both verbally and in writing.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of software development experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast‑paced environment.
