Social Media Manager

About the role

Air Apps, a family-founded company building an AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner, is looking for a Social Media Manager. You will develop and run social media strategies to raise brand awareness, engage audiences and grow followers, engagement and conversions, working with Marketing, Content and Product teams. This is a fully onsite position in Lisbon, with relocation support offered.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Create, curate and schedule text, images and short-form video content aligned with the brand voice.
• Monitor and reply to comments, messages and mentions, and track metrics such as reach, engagement and conversions.
• Stay up to date with trends and platform updates, and collaborate with designers and content creators.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns to maximise engagement and conversion.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Around 4+ years of experience managing social media campaigns and online communities for brands.
• Strong copywriting skills and familiarity with social media analytics tools.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• Social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
• Copywriting and visual storytelling.
