Social Media Expert

About the role

We are seeking a Global Social Media Expert to lead the development and adoption of Nestlé’s social media and influencer best practices across key brands. The role will work closely with global and local digital marketing teams to ensure consistent, data‑driven social strategies that support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the Social Media Guidance, keeping it aligned with platform evolution and Nestlé’s brand standards.
• Design, deliver and scale training programmes and communities to build capability across SBUs, Zones and Markets.
• Lead the Influencer Marketing Framework, refreshing it regularly and ensuring alignment with CreatorIQ capabilities.
• Collaborate with platform partners (Google, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest) to embed creative and creator best practices.
• Own functional administration of Sprinklr and CreatorIQ, driving adoption, platform development and pilot new modules.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in digital marketing or e‑business, preferably with large FMCG brands.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable top‑ and bottom‑line results.
• Strong understanding of brand marketing and digital media ecosystems.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.
