About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Social Media Content Specialist to help maintain the quality and organization of digital content on large‑scale online platforms. You will work closely with quality teams to evaluate, classify, and improve user‑generated material, ensuring a safe and engaging experience for the community.

Key responsibilities

• Review and assess a variety of digital assets such as posts, profiles, media files, and community interactions.
• Apply content labels, categorize items, and verify compliance with platform policies.
• Identify and flag inappropriate, misleading, or low‑quality content according to established procedures.
• Document actions and findings accurately for audit purposes.
• Participate in quality audits, calibration sessions, and share insights on emerging trends and risks.
• Collaborate with trainers, operational leads, and other quality teams to keep guidelines up to date.
