Site Manager – Vila Verde

About the role
A key position within YD Pharma’s operational structure, offering real autonomy and a direct impact on company results. The role blends hands‑on leadership with a strategic project vision.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day factory operations, including production, supply chain, EHS and on‑site HR.
- Lead the capacity expansion project and report milestones to the Board.
- Monitor operational KPIs and develop corrective action plans.
- Apply Lean Manufacturing principles and ensure GMP compliance.
- Maintain a zero‑tolerance safety mindset for all personnel on site.
- Participate in site budget construction and cost‑control activities.
Required profile
- Engineering degree or equivalent (Master I/II).
- 5+ years of experience in industrial production management, preferably in the pharma industry.
- Proven project‑management and Lean Manufacturing expertise.
- Fluent English.
